What Varona is (and isn't)

Varona Home Improvements is a referral and matching service. We are not a construction contractor and we do not perform, supervise, or warrant construction work. All estimates, contracts, permits, and work are provided directly by independent, state-licensed contractors under their own business names and license numbers.

The contractor relationship

• Contractors we refer are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of Varona.
• Your agreement for any work is solely between you and the contractor.
• We verify at the time of referral that a contractor holds an active state license and represents that they carry insurance; you should independently verify licensing at myfloridalicense.com before signing any contract.

Fees

Our service is free to homeowners. Contractors pay Varona a referral or advertising fee. This fee does not change the price you are quoted.

No guarantee

We work hard to match you with quality pros, but Varona makes no warranty regarding any contractor's work, pricing, timelines, or conduct, and disclaims liability for the acts or omissions of independent contractors to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Communications

By submitting a request with the consent box checked, you agree that Varona and the matched contractor may contact you by phone, text, and email about your project. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
